Your room or suite will be available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you will be arriving after 7 p.m., please let us know in good time. In general, our arrival days are Saturday and Sunday. However, we’re happy to take other wishes into account wherever possible.

For bed and breakfast, the ¾ luxury board rate is reduced by €10.00 to €20.00 per person per night.

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the cost of the booking must be paid.
• From 29 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the cost of the booking must be paid.
• From 9 days before arrival, in the case of no-show and early departure: 100% of the cost of the booking must be paid.

From experience, we know that something can come up shortly before your holiday, no matter how much you’re looking forward to it. To save both you and us costs and stress, we highly recommend taking out cancellation insurance that covers you in the event of cancellation, late arrival, and early departure.

Please note that Italian law only permits cash payments up to a maximum of €4,999.99 (does not apply to non-EU citizens).

We kindly ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. In general, our departure days are Saturday and Sunday. However, we’re happy to take other wishes into account wherever possible.

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total booking rate per room or suite, which can be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or online via our click-to-pay system.

The listed rates for children and teens apply when they stay in an extra bed in the parents’ room with two full-paying adults. The apartment and the family wellness suite are excluded.

If you wish, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you to the Winklerhotels. We charge €25.00 at Hotel Lanerhof and Hotel Sonnenhof, €30.00-40.00 at Hotel Winkler and €60.00 in Chalet Purmontes per night/dog without food and kindly ask you to bring a dog bed and blanket with you.

Thank you for understanding that your pet is not allowed to enter our spa area and garden area accessible to all guests.

Your dog is welcome to accompany you to dinner (at Hotel Winkler for an extra charge).

We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of €50.00 as well as to claim against your liability insurance in the event of any damages.

Subject to availability, we charge a single supplement of 40 to 50% per night on top of the per-person double room rate. For suites, the single supplement is 50% per night on top of the per-person suite rate.

Free Wi-Fi and an internet point are available to you at all our hotels.

Make the most of your departure day and enjoy some quality time in the spa area. You can either keep your room until 6 p.m. and set off home in the late afternoon or eat dinner here, too, and check out by 9 p.m. Please reserve your late check-out at the reception in good time.

Hotel Lanerhof and Hotel Sonnenhof:

• Check-out by 6 p.m.: €35.00 per person
• Check-out by 9 p.m.: €55.00 per person incl. dinner

Hotel Winkler:

• Check-out by 6 p.m. in the spa area incl. afternoon snack: €35.00 per person
• Check-out by 6 p.m. in your room: 50% of the daily rate per person

Chalet Purmontes:

• Check-out by 6 p.m.: 50% of the daily rate per person

The tourist tax must be paid per person (from the age of 14) per night directly at the hotel in addition to the cost of your stay.
